Je recommande vivement ce livre à toute personne en lien avec des prospects et des clients, aux managers de force de vente et aux professeurs de vente car il diffère des autres livres qui évoquent méthodes et techniques sans parler de l'humain et encore moins de la notion de temps dans l'acte de vente. Ce livre met bien en avant l'importance du vendeur / de la vendeuse en tant qu'être humain qui évolue dans une relation humaine avec ses clients. La dimension "coaching" donne tout son sens à ce beau métier de vendeur. Par ailleurs, même si c'est en anglais c'est très facile à lire.

I read very thoroughly this book after may others about sales over the last decades, and the first thing that comes to mind is: "Thank You". Thank you Guy for taking the time to write this. In a day and age where the human factor -- while being praised -- is so often paid lip service, this work is refreshing. It succeeds in connecting most implicit and explicit dimensions of sales and both challenge the casual or professional practitioner of this mighty discipline and explain clearly how to create the conditions of a true win-win relationship. Zig Ziglar would have wholeheartedly approved!Although it revolves mostly about ‘maintenance’ sales and I would have preferred some more material also about ‘acquisition’ sales, I can’t help being delighted by such a contribution from a relatively late-comer to the sales game whose legitimacy is so often mis-understood and mis-appreciated.
